coAx consult

is a network of independent consultants and process managers for workplace and corporate accommodation issues. Founded in 1993, coAx now includes 6 partners and approximately 15 freelance consultants available on call.

On very large or complex assignments, we join our forces with larger, wider spectrum consultancies.

Contrary to common practice with many other consultancies, we maximize availability of our most senior professionals to the client, with a minimum of work delegated to junior staff. This way we optimize the quality of our product and our clients turn out to value this approach.

We think and act from the perspective of those in charge of real estate or facilities management, whether it be on a strategic or operational level.

In our consultancy the business case is key in the assignment. Added value will be composed of all relevant, specific and measurable aspects of the central problem. The business case will from then on be leading in all research, concept development and phases of a change process.

§          post occupancy evaluations as an standard tool for measuring success in terms of initial goals and the business case  >  adjustments - if necessary –  in content or in process

our competences

All consultants and process managers with coAx :

§          have been active in this field for at least 12 years, either with large consultancies or in management positions with larger corporate real estate or facilities management departments;

§          are active in international research and professional networks on real estate, workplace management en facilities management;

§          are regular lecturers at conferences and authors on workplace management issues.

As a result of our specializing we have at our disposal the largest database in The Netherlands on activities profiles, user satisfaction profiles and Post  Occupancy Evaluations in the public sector.

This makes our forecasts of appropriate solutions and expected results reliable.
